Refund & cancellation policy

Scope

This policy covers paid tech analysis training seats arranged with Sitehavencore (modules such as systems reading lab, stack comparison atelier, requirement sharpening, decision record clinic, and executive brief rehearsal). It does not cover software products, physical merchandise, or delivery models we do not offer.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have already paid for a confirmed seat when cancellation meets the timeframes below. Informational prices on the website are not charges; only confirmed invoices or payment requests create a refundable fee.

Timeframes

Full refund: cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the scheduled session start. Partial refund (50% of fees paid): cancel between 6 days and 48 hours before start. No refund: cancel within 48 hours of start, or after the session has begun.

Full versus partial

A full refund returns the training fee paid for that seat. A partial refund retains 50% to cover reserved facilitator time and prep materials already allocated to your place.

Non-refundable items

Facilitator travel booked specifically for a private on-site session at your request, custom workbook printing already produced for your cohort, and third-party room rentals paid on your behalf are non-refundable once incurred, even if the seat fee itself qualifies for a refund.

Deposits

When a deposit is required to hold a private cohort, it is credited toward the seat fee. Deposits follow the same cancellation windows as full fees unless your confirmation email states a different hold period.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule by emailing hello@sitehavencore.click with your name, module, and session date. One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 5 days before start and a later seat exists. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the windows above.

No-shows

Missing a confirmed session without prior notice is a no-show. Fees for that seat are forfeited. Materials prepared for the session may still be sent digitally at our discretion.

Work already started

If a private engagement has already begun—intake completed, custom scenarios prepared, or session hours underway—fees for completed work are not refundable. Unused future hours may be refunded proportionally when cancellation meets the 7-day full or 48-hour partial windows for the remaining block.

Purchased materials

Printed workbooks and personal templates handed to you during a session are not returnable. Digital templates remain yours for internal use after a paid seat; they are not a basis for later refund claims.

Refund process & timing

Email a refund request to hello@sitehavencore.click with payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method when possible, or bank transfer in VND for Vietnam-based payers.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a free move to a later date. Medical emergencies documented within 7 days of the missed session may qualify for a goodwill reschedule or partial refund at our discretion.
